We are truly stepping into the age of health and fitness.

Our journey started in 2016 when I became a Personal Trainer, on a mission to help as many people as possible to become physically, mentally, emotionally fit, and healthy.

I would have conversations with clients and friends about body confidence, how they wished to look, and the clothes they wanted to wear.
​
It was great to see them visualize and become excited about the prospects of reaching their goals and strutting their stuff.
They showed me that the way you feel, your self-image, and your self-expression are very much a part of a person's well-being!
​
Most of us are into fashion and self-expression at some level.
From when I was young, I enjoyed dressing up and going out.
Enjoying being a part of the latest music scene, dropping the latest moves, and looking fresh.
​
So it made sense to blend all of these attributes together and create the A.O.H.A.F Store
and make it a new member of our service platform.
